Terms of Service
The service
Kanso Salon, a service of Sakura Care SRL (BE 1006.924.039), provides beauty salons with a messaging assistant and management tools, by monthly subscription. The service is for professionals.
Subscription
Plans Essentiel EUR 49, Salon EUR 99 and Maison EUR 169 excl. VAT per month. The first 30 days are free. The subscription can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. Messaging fees charged by Meta are paid by the salon directly to Meta.
The salon's WhatsApp account
The salon connects its own WhatsApp Business account and keeps ownership of its number and conversations. It follows Meta's rules, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and only messages people who contacted it or agreed to be contacted.
Automatic assistant
The assistant answers from the information provided by the salon. It introduces itself as an automatic assistant, gives no medical advice, and passes to the team anything it does not know. The salon remains responsible for the information it provides and for its team's replies.
Liability
We do what is needed to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it, in particular when Meta or another provider is unavailable. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the salon over the last three months.
Data
Processing of the salon's clients' data is governed by a data processing agreement and by our privacy policy.
Governing law
Belgian law. Courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
